1. Here are clear instructions. 这儿有清楚的说明。
这是一个倒装句。在以here，there等简短副词引起的句子中，动词是be, e, go等时，这类句子往往倒装，大多数带有引起注意的含义。注意：如果主语是人称代词，则不用倒装。

2. You’d better get some tools. 你最好取些工具。
had better = (‘d better) 最好 后面必须跟动词原形，主语不论是第几人称，句子不论是什么时态，都要用had better的形式
