一大早的，我们就开始体能训练，6点钟要到体育场集合。到了那，一听教练说围操场跑5圈!天哪，这可是20xx米呀!对于我来说，简直比要命还难。但也没法子，只能跑呗!5圈跑完了，我已经汗流浃背了，跑了16分钟，但我觉得比1小时还长。还没等我喘口气，又是收腹跳50米，蛙跳50米，踢腿走50米，分别2次，太累了!但我想，为了锻炼身体，值了!我一定要坚持下去。终于可以休息了，大家都累得趴下了，我的双腿已经不听使唤了，如果叫我再来一次，我肯定不干!过了5分钟，“3分钟跳绳!”教练一言令下，这消息把我们吓坏了，我们只好拿起绳子不情愿地跳了1分钟，一些人竟想出来一个偷懒的办法，他们看见了不在，马上蹲下，抽了鞋带，再慢慢地系上，也太“聪明”了吧!
