Thoughsmokinghasbeenbannedinpublicplacesinmanycities,manypeoplearestilladdictedtosmoking,especiallyyoungpeople.Somesmokersseemtohave“quiteconvincing”reasonsfortheircontinuingtosmoke.Theyclaimifsmokingisforbiddeninpublicplaces,itwillinfringeupontheirpersonalfreedomandhumanrights.
