9一般条款

9GeneralTerms

一般条款为本合同不可分割的一部分。对该条款中任何一款的修改和删除应在备注中注明。

TheGeneralTermsshallconstituteanintegralpartoftheContract.AmendmenttoordeletionofanygeneraltermsshallbespecifiedintheRemarks.

10仲裁：凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，双方同意提交：(ÿ中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会[CIETAC];ÿ国际棉花协会[ICA];ÿ其它仲裁机构)，按照申请仲裁时该仲裁机构现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。

10Arbitration:AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththeContractshallbereferredto(ÿCIETAC，ÿICA,ÿOTHERS)forarbitrationinaordancewithitsarbitrationruleseffectiveatthetimeofapplication.

11本合同采用书面形式，由买卖双方授权代表签字。双方在合同签订日之前以其它书面通讯方式,如信函、电报、传真或电子邮件形式达成的成交内容，须由本合同确认。

11ThisContractshallbemadeinwrittenformandsignedbytheauthorizedrepresentativesoftheparties.Thesignedorstampedcontractshallverifythetermsandconditionsofthecontractpreviouslyagreedtoatanearlierdateinotherwrittenmunicationsincludingmail,telegraph,fax,ore-mail.
