本单元为人教版《高中英语》(NSEC)必修模块3Unit 1. Festivals around the world.本单元的中心话题是“谈论世界各地的节日”,该阅读课Reading: A Pioneer For All People。是本单元第一课时,内容涉及到各国的节日名称,时间,方式和原因,使学生了解不同国家的文化和风俗。
