端午节来啦!端午节是我们纪念大诗人屈原的日子,是赛龙舟的日子,也是吃五黄(黄瓜、黄鱼、黄鳝、黄酒、咸蛋黄)的日子,但我最喜欢的就是包粽子了!

今天,是我第一次跟妈妈学包粽子。妈妈准备好事先已泡了3小时的糯米、酱了一晚上的五花肉、梅干菜笋干、洗干净晾干的粽叶、麻线、蜜枣和红枣,我们准备开包啦!只见妈妈先拿出粽叶(大的一张就可以,小的要两张),把粽叶的二分之一往上翻,然后把左边的粽叶向右一旋,手把粽叶轻轻一捏,就成了圆锥形的漏斗。接着,妈妈把糯米在漏斗中摊平,再把一条精肉、一条肥肉和梅干菜笋干放在摊平的糯米上,再铺上一层糯米,用手用力往下压一压,最后把粽子的上部翻下来,用绳子扎紧,一个三角形的肉粽就做成了。我按照妈妈的示范,也开始认真地包起来,可是叶子在我手里就不听使唤了,不是漏米,就是叶子破,我只能帮妈妈打下手了,帮她剪包粽子的麻线和放馅儿。我们包完肉粽,还包了蜜枣粽。

包好粽子,就到煮粽子了。妈妈先把粽子放进高压锅,30-40分钟后,粽子就出锅啦!这粽子香喷喷的,整个家都弥漫着粽子香,我早已馋得直咽口水。我们开始品尝粽子了。哇!自己包的粽子真是别有一番滋味!

据记载,早在春秋时期,用菰叶(茭白叶)包黍米成牛角状,称“角黍”;用竹筒装米密封烤熟,称“筒粽”。一直到今天,每年五月初,中国百姓家家都要浸糯米、洗粽叶、包粽子,其花色品种更为繁多。从馅料看,北方多包小枣的北京枣粽;南方则有豆沙、鲜肉、火腿、蛋黄等多种馅料,其中以浙江嘉兴粽子为代表。吃粽子的风俗,千百年来,在中国盛行不衰,而且流传到朝鲜、日本及东南亚诸国。
