IwritethislettertoyoutomakesomeplaintsabouttheputerIboughtinyourstoreyesterdayafternoon.There＇ssomethingwrongwithit.Thatmakesmeextremelyunhappy.

TheputercannotbeproperlyshutdownwhenIgotitbacktotheoffice.WhenIclicktheshutdownbutton,itseemsthatthemachinegivesnoresponse.AndI＇msoannoyedwithit.
