Somepeopletendtosticktotheirpositionsallthetime,astheythinkthelongeroneworksinaparticularfield,themoreskillfulonewillbeatit.Somehavebeenteachersalltheirlives.Somedevotetheirlifeenergytoscientificresearch.Suchpeoplelovetheirworkandturnouttobespecialistsintheirownfield.Theyareusuallyhighachievers.

Somearedifferent.Theyareinthehabitofjob-hopping,fortheyalwayspursue(follow)whatisnewandstimulating(interesting).Theyneverseemcontentwiththeirpresentsituation.Someliketomeetmorepeople,makemoremoneyandnewacquaintances,sotheyhopfromjobtojob.

AsfarasIamconcerned,Iwanttobeprofessionallystrong.Iamnotinfavorofconstantjob-hopping,asthesayinggoes“Jackofalltrades,masterofnone”.ButIwanttocooperateandmunicatewithsomeoneelsesoastobemorecreativeandlesspartial.

我对跳槽的看法

一些人坚持自己的立场的时候，他们认为时间越长中的一个特定领域的作品，更多的人会熟练它。有些人被老师所有的生命。一些贡献自己的科研生命能量。这样的人热爱自己的工作，并最终被证明在自己领域的专家。他们通常是高成就。

有些是不同的。他们在工作习惯是跳槽，因为他们始终奉行(后续)什么是新的，刺激(有趣)。他们似乎永远与他们目前的状况的内容。有些人喜欢以满足更多的人，赚更多的钱，并结识新朋友，让他们跳的转换工作。

至于我本人而言，我想成为专业强。我不是在不断跳槽了赞成票，因为俗话说“人不可貌相，不精。”但我想与人合作和沟通，否则，以更多的创造性，少部分。
