点拨： 1、肯定句变一般问句的方法：一提二改三问号，把is/are提到句首，改大小写和第一人称，句尾加问号。
2、肯定回答用yes,____ ______.否定回答用no,_____ _____.
3、isn’t =is not ，this离说话者近，that离说话者远
