浅议提高教学工作有效性(一)

【摘要】国家基础教育改革提倡;素质教育是培养21世纪人才的教育。学生需要获得能够继续获得知识和能力的科学方法,能使学生更好地发挥天赋、能力。学生应该是课堂学习活动的主体,教师应注重培养学生独立学习能力,让他们有更多地自主学习、独立思维的时间与空间;让学生在学习中学会如何去获得知识的方法,以达到培养创新的意识、提高创新能力的目的。但考试体制未变,家长们只是希望我们能培养学生进入一所好大学,将来得到一份好工作。国家的教改方向正确,家长的希望也没错。但是给我们教学带来了很大的压力。教师们一边押着学生做大量的习题,一边是响应教改,钻研新理念,工作忙忙碌碌,但学生的学习能力有提高吗?教师的教学理念有改进吗?

But examination system has not changed, the parents just want us to be able to train students for entry to a good university,Will get a good job. State education reform in the right direction, true hope of the parents. However, the teaching has brought us a lot of pressure. Teachers marched side of a large number of students do exercises while in response to education reform, and study new ideas, work busy, but the learning ability of students have raised? Teachers teaching ideas for improvement do?

家长每天带着孩子去课外班,老师每天在课堂讲知识,巩固知识,其实学生学的很痛苦,教师教的亦很辛苦。师生们被困在考试的围城里,教师们恍若堂吉诃德进入“风车阵”,左冲右突。笔者认为,我们不能改变目前考试评价机制,但我们可以改良教学环节,提高教学的有效性。让学生从厌学的状态下走出来,乐学会学,具备21世纪对人才的要求――有创新意识与能力!
我们可以从以下方面去做:
1提高课堂教学的有效性
课堂是教学的主阵地,新课程标准下的课程要求课堂有丰富的内容和真正的实效性,这就要求我们要通过实践进一步创造性的使用教材,研究教材,领悟课程标准,一切以学生为本,一切以学生发展为目标,提高自己的课堂教学的实效性。在上课时,教师要眼观六路、耳听八方,善于观察课堂的整体教学气氛,要调动学生的积极性,想尽方法让学生的注意力放在老师的身上,不要让学生的眼神溜走,时刻调动他们的注意力。如在课堂上回答问题时,可以用比赛的方法,如:组与组评比,充分利用学生不愿意落后的心态,让学生畅所欲言,学生的思维就会相对活跃些,就可以把课堂还给学生。体现了教师为主导,学生为主体的教学理念。
2提高备课的有效性
