红鱼眼的显微结构鉴别(一)

  摘要:目的为鉴别和进一步制定红鱼眼的质量标准提供参考依据。方法对红鱼眼的显微结构进行了研究。结果茎横切面外韧型维管束环状排列,中柱鞘纤维新月形。叶横切面主脉凸起不显著,叶肉中可见草酸钙簇晶。粉末中可见晶鞘纤维;石细胞众多,孔沟明显;棕色块易见。结论以上显微特征稳定,可作为红鱼眼的显微鉴别依据。

  Microscopic Identification of Phyllanthus reticulates Poir. var.glaber Muell.Arg.

  Abstract:ObjectiveTo identify Phyllanthus reticulates Poir. var. glaber Muell. Arg in order to provide basis for the establishment of the quality standard of its crude drug. Methods The microscopic structure of the plant was studied. Results As a result, collateral vascular bundles arranged in the form of a circle and crescent pericycle were found in the horizontal section of the stem; main veins were not obviously produding in the horizontal section of the leaf whose mesophyll contained clusters of oxalic acid calcium; in the powder, sheath fiber crystal, numerous sclereids with clear furrows and brown outes of metabolism were discovered. Conclusion The result can be taken as the basis for the establishment of the quality standard of its crude drug.

  红鱼眼来源于大戟科植物无毛龙眼睛Phyllanthus reticulates Poir.var.glaber Muell.Arg.的茎、叶,又名龙眼睛、烂头钵,具有祛风活血、散瘀消肿等功效,临床上用于风湿关节痛、跌打损伤等〔1〕,曾作为地方药材收载于广西中药材标准〔2〕。近来有报道用于治疗糖尿病腹泻,效果良好〔3〕,目前未见对其显微特征方面的报道。本文对其显微结构进行如下研究,为鉴别红鱼眼及制定完善的质量标准提供参考依据。

  1 材料

  20050310采自广西中医学院药用植物园,经本院药用植物教研室韦松基副教授鉴定为大戟科植物无毛龙眼睛Phyllanthus reticulates Poir.var.glaber Muell.Arg.的茎、叶。

  2 性状特征

  本品为椭圆形的斜切片,直径2~4 cm,切片厚约5 cm,外皮呈浅褐色至棕褐色,有不规则的块状及纵纹。横切面褐红色。叶黄绿色,易碎。气微,味淡涩。

  3 显微特征

  3.1 茎横切面呈类圆形。①表皮细胞一列,切向延长,外被角质层。②皮层较薄,由数列薄壁细胞组成;老茎可见石细胞散在。③外韧型维管束18~20束,排列成环。中柱鞘纤维呈新月形,周围薄壁细胞含草酸钙簇晶,构成晶鞘纤维。④形成层较明显,成环。⑤木质部宽广,导管1~3个聚集,呈放射状排列。⑥髓部较宽。⑦薄壁细胞中常有棕色块。见图1。

  3.2 叶横切面①上表面细胞一列,类方形或长方形;下表面细胞一列,类圆形,细胞稍小,可见气孔。②栅栏组织一列,圆柱形,不通过中脉;海绵组织类圆形,排列疏松;均含叶绿体。③外韧型维管束。木质部向茎面,导管单列,放射状排列成5~7列;韧皮部在下,其外侧有细胞壁稍薄的纤维束环绕。④在主脉的上、下表皮内侧有1~2列厚角组织。⑤薄壁组织中可见草酸钙簇晶。见图2。
