【摘要】 目的 分析急诊抢救有机磷农药中毒失败原因。 方法 回顾性分析2000～2004年急诊抢救有机磷农药中毒的记录资料，总结分析13例抢救失败的原因。 结果 死亡原因共有4点:（1）中毒严重，就诊时间延误;（2）毒物清除不及时;（3）对中间综合征（IMS）认识不足;（4）合并其他并发症。 结论 急诊医学在基层医院得不到重视，医生急诊意识淡薄，基本抢救技能掌握不熟练，严重影响急救功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the cause of failure in emergency treatment of acute anophosphorus pesti-cides poisoning（AOPP）.Methods The records of emergency treatment of patients with AOPP during the year2000to2004were reviewed.13cases of AOPP was died，we analyzed its causes.Results The causes of death as follows:（1）The poisoning was serious，and incur loss through delay to emergency treatment.（2）Poison wasn't clear away on time.（3）Doctors don't master the symptoms of intermediate syndrome（IMS）.（4）With other plications.Conclu-sion The emergency call medical science are not be attached importance to in the small hospital.The consciousness of emergency call is weak in doctors and the basic technical ability of emergency treatment isn't master well too.It's set limit action for the treatment of the first aid seriously.

我院2000年8月～2004年6月共急诊抢救有机磷农药中毒361例，死亡13例。现报告如下。

1 临床资料

1.1 一般资料 本组13例，男2例，女11例;年龄23～76岁，平均46.5岁。服农药种类:敌敌畏3例，乐果4例，甲胺磷3例，呋喃丹合并敌敌畏1例，敌敌畏合并乐果2例。服药至死亡时间约1～16h。

1.2 死亡原因 呼吸衰竭9例，心跳骤停1例，中间综合征（IMS）3例。
